The third floor includes a cozy living area with a sofa, a dining table for four, a bathroom, wardrobe, and a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a two-burner induction stove, microwave, extractor fan, dishwasher and a mini fridge ideal for light meal preparations.
For added convenience, the kitchen area includes an electric kettle, toaster, and a versatile coffee machine compatible with Dolce Gusto, Nespresso, and ground coffee.

On the fourth floor, discover a bright and airy bedroom with views over the castle and a place to work and chill out.

The apartment provides modern amenities like air conditioning, Smart TVs on both floors, and high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience.

Bed Size
This studio features two bunk beds on the third floor.
The bunk beds were custom-made to maximize the space and create a cozy sleeping nook.
For extra comfort, the mattresses have a trapezoidal shape, measuring 135 cm wide at the head, 105 cm at the foot, and 190 cm long. Both the upper and lower mattresses have the same dimensions.

This studio includes two twin beds that can be joined together to form a double bed on the fourth floor.

Water Heater
The apartment features an 80-liter water heater, so please be mindful of hot water usage in both the kitchen and bathroom. If the hot water runs out, it may take up to 2 hours for the water heater to fully reheat. We recommend using hot water efficiently to ensure a steady supply throughout your stay.

Please note that access to the studio is via a traditional staircase with narrow steps, preserving the authentic charm and historical essence of Lisbon unique architecture.

This apartment is located in a renovated traditional historic building. As is typical of older buildings, noise from other apartments (between floors) and from the street may be heard during your stay.

We kindly ask guests to keep noise levels low in order to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests.

Neighborhood
The building is located between Graça and Mouraria, offering easy access to some of Lisbon’s most iconic areas.
Graça is one of the city’s oldest neighborhoods, known for its breathtaking viewpoints, traditional charm, and authentic local life.

Mouraria is Lisbon’s most multicultural district, home to over 50 nationalities. It’s where Portuguese taverns, Indian and Asian restaurants, and small local shops coexist, a unique reflection of Lisbon’s diversity and contrasts.

The metro and the iconic Tram 28 stop are both just 5 minutes away, connecting you quickly to Alfama, Chiado, and other must-see areas.
And in just 10 minutes on foot, you’ll reach the famous Praça do Rossio, the beating heart of Lisbon’s downtown and one of the city’s most historic squares, filled with life, cafés, and neoclassical architecture.

While the surroundings are lively and urban, the apartment offers a comfortable retreat to rest and recharge after exploring Lisbon.

This is a central and urban area, lively during the day and sometimes noisy at night. The neighborhood has great transport connections but can feel busy and less polished than other parts of Lisbon.
 We recommend that female solo travelers stay alert, as this is a typical, densely populated part of the old town.
