- Introduction
Our booking conditions are designed to make you feel at home, even when away. By making a reservation, the guest agrees to comply with the rules and policies described in this document.
- Check-in and Check-out
- Self-check-in: An access code will be sent up to 24 hours before your stay.
- Code validity: The code remains valid throughout the entire stay.
- Check-in time: From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Check-out time: By 11:00 AM.
- House Rules
- Dispose of trash in the green containers located next to the building.
- Do not leave dirty dishes.
- Additional guests are not allowed without prior authorization. If this occurs, a security deposit will be charged.
- Avoid noise after 10:00 PM. Noise is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, in accordance with Portuguese law.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the building.
- All doors and windows must be closed whenever you leave the apartment.
- The building’s entrance door must remain closed when entering or leaving.
- Events and parties are not permitted.
- Do not place suitcases or backpacks on the bed or sofa; please use the designated areas.
- Be considerate of neighbors and respect quiet hours (10:00 PM–8:00 AM).
Responsibility: Saudade Apartments is not liable for any consequences resulting from misuse of electrical equipment, balconies, windows, railings, stairs, or other areas that may pose risks.
- Booking Policy
- Minimum age: 18 years old to make a reservation.
- Cancellation with refund: Up to 30 days before arrival, full refund.
- Cancellation without refund: Less than 30 days before arrival, no refund will be issued.
